Master Guest is an internationally recognized Instructor and is able to pass on the benefit of his knowledge to a whole new generation of Taekwondo practitioners not only in this country but overseas. In 2002 he was voted on to the National Technical Coaching Team and he is regularly requested to teach overseas to as far as Ascension Islands (South Atlantic) and Gibraltar. He started with the first in February where he conducted a range of Taekwondo sessions in Northern Ireland.

In February 2005 he conducted a training Seminar in Northern Ireland to promote the opening of a new club at the Chum Sut Academy.

In May 2005 he conducted the first Kup grading in Wales for the Brecon Taekwondo Club

Master Guest started training with the International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) in 1977. He attained his 1st Dan Black Belt in 1982. Once Master Guest got his Black Belt he felt the future of Taekwondo was with the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF). He moved over the WTF in 1984 and has never looked back. He has also studied various Martial Arts including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Karate, Jujitsu, Hapkido and Aikido.

In September 2006 Korea will host the 1st World Poomsae Championships. In 2005 Korea held the test event for this and the National Technical Committee sent Master Guest to Korea as an Official.  He was sent to research the test event and report back to the BTCB to enable UK competitors to be able prepare for the 1st World's 2006.  See CLUB NEWS at the top of this page for details.

Master Guest is also one of five National Verifiers for the British Taekwondo Council's Instructors Courses.  These Instructor Courses are conducted throughout the country, only the people that have been on these courses are recognised as official Taekwondo Instructors and vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).

The success, under his guidance, of the Club and the students in the Club speak for itself.
